Frigerio Viaggi select 1 meeting planner for event planning.
We would like to meet candidates preferably with a tourism or business degree or communications degree with at least five years of experience in the same role and industry also matured as a freelancer.
For the activities, it is necessary to know how to- Develop the event request by developing a quote and descriptive (interaction with vendor and client)
- Knowledge of event organization techniques (incentive trips, conventions, product kick offs, economic missions, conferences)
- Organization and coordination of all ancillary services to the event, such as transportation, assistances etc , insurance
- Manage the formal/contractual aspect with supplier/customer
- operationally manage events
- Conduct meetings with clients, site inspection and participate onsite on specific event upon request
- Improving the profitability of events
- Take care of the administrative management of the event
- The profile is completed by mastery of the English language, excellent knowledge of the office package and specifically xls and ppt, resistance to stress, excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills, ability to work independently with a predisposition to work in a team; knowledge of airline ticketing booking systems such as Sabre and Galileo is appreciated.
