FRIGERIO GROUP ACQUIRES MAJORITY STAKE IN TRAVEL EXPERT

5/16/2023 - New corporate structure for Travel Expert: following an agreement signed on May 12, the Frigerio Viaggi Group acquired 51 percent of the shares, thus becoming the majority shareholder in the network, which now has 70 Personal Travel Experts throughout Italy.
