Service EXTRA ROUTE - Caviglia

MAIN INFORMATION

The Extra Route service is provided by small buses with 8 or 16 seats and stops as close as possible to home and off traditional routes, with the exception of San Donato, Milano2, San Felice, and San Bovio, towards the relevant campus. An assistant will be present on the bus.

Parents interested in the EXTRA ROUTE SERVICE (hereinafter the “Service”) must fill out this form, completing each field and attaching a copy of a valid identity document for themselves and the student.

Extra Route service prices

Annual cost for first child
• Round trip cost for child: €4,200.00 + 10% VAT
• Annual cost for one-way trip NOT APPLICABLE

Annual cost for second child onwards
• Annual cost for round trip €4,100 + 10% VAT
• Annual cost for one-way trip NOT APPLICABLE

I confirm that I have read that the arrival time at school is 08.30 - In the afternoon buses leave the school no later than 16.15. Please note that once classes have finished, students are accompanied by teachers, depending on the class, to the collection point where the bus assistant checks attendance and escorts students to the bus. For logistical and safety reasons, one bus at a time is left. *

I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the following conditions: (i) Point 1 of the “General Conditions of the Contract”, according to which, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 1 letter F) of the Consumer Code; (ii) Point 4. 2 of the “General Conditions of the Contract” according to which, in the event of a request for suspension and/or exercise of the right of withdrawal by the contractor, or in the event of termination of the contract due to non-fulfillment attributable to the contractor or the minor enrolled, the agreed annual consideration shall nevertheless remain due in full, and the contractor shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the sums already paid, without prejudice to the right of Frigerio Trasporti S.r.l. to compensation for any further damage suffered *
